The Munster Mustang girls golf team traveled to LaPorte on Friday morning to compete in the Pat Ford Invitational at Beechwood Golf Course. The Mustangs fired a team score of 337 to earn 3rd place, finishing ahead of several ranked opponents. Junior Hannah Ingersoll and senior Josephine Zangrilli led the way, each carding a 3-over-par 77 on the par-74 layout. Freshman Emilia Glombicki posted a 90, junior Emily Padilla added a 93, and junior Kayla Cipowski rounded out the scoring with a 99. The girls are back in action today (9/15) in Valparaiso.
