The Mustangs won their first game 8-1 against the Central Wildcats out of Florence, AL. Ally Compton got the win in the circle with 11 strikeouts, no walks, and giving up 7 hits. She aso led the way offensively going 2-3 with a homerun and 2 RBI's. Carolihne Wendlinger also contributed 3 hits with an RBI and Morgan Kindy went 2-4 with 2 RBIs. In their second game, the Mustangs came away with a 11-3 victory against the Deshler Tigers out of AL. Kaylee O'Connell got the win in the circle with 8 strikeouts, 5 walks, and giving up only 2 hits. Wendlinger and Compton led the way offensively again. Wendlinger was 2-2 with 2 RBIs and a homerun and Compton was 2-3 with 4 RBIs and 2 homeruns. Addy Biel added 2 hits and an RBI and Olivia Adreiessen added 2 RBI's. The Mustangs return to action tomorrow for three games.
